Adding Value to In-house Training

OCN accreditation can provide an external recognition to the achievements of staff on training programmes either in the workplace or delivered as discrete training. This means that staff will receive nationally recognised credits which can be added to their CVs. It gives a target for the trainees and forges a link between in-house training and lifelong learning. Bite-sized Chunks of Training and Learning

As an alternative to expensive and/or long training/qualifications, OCNs enable you to offer realisable blocks of training which will underpin workforce development and progression onto other training/learning. Nearly every adult, further and higher education institution in England, Wales and Northern Ireland is a member of its local OCN.
